Job Description

Position Summary: The incumbent is responsible in closely monitoring inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of items; ensure proper storage of products and materials in warehouse or hubs and ensuring proper documentation and recording of stock receiving, stock issuance and damage

goods. To be assigned in Parañaque City

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate daily with the Area Supervisor/Team leader the movements of inventory of each assigned hub (incoming, outgoing and internal transfer – hub to hub)

  2. Updates in the system the actual movements of inventory based on valid documents signed by Team leader/Technician

  3. Receipts - Receiving of items from Main Warehouse, Direct Delivery (PO) or from Cash Advance/Reimbursement

  4. Internal Transfer – Transfer of items from hub to another hub

  5. Delivery Order – Delivery of items to customer
