Warehouseman

JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouseman will be responsible for performing warehouse duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accepts deliveries, with proper inspection of quantity and quality of goods, and ensures that they match the corresponding POs.
• Checks condition of packages and quantities against delivery slip and packing list.
• Supervises truck unloading and loading of goods; provides assistance, as necessary.
• Receives defective parts and materials from site returns and keeps accurate records. Submits the same to the Warehouse Management Department Head for proper handing.
• Accomplishes non-compliance sheets for delivery disputes and submits the same to the Warehouse Management Department Head.
