Position Summary

Under minimum supervision, performs warehouse worker duties. Assignments require the exercise of independent discretion, judgment, and a thorough understanding of company/department policies and procedures. Employees will work both independently and as part of workgroups or teams.

Responsibilities

This position provides the labour required for the warehouse operations within the distribution centre.

Hourly Rate

$27.00/hr + $1.00 (Freezer picker premium)

  • Perform freezer/cooler selection: accurately selecting product to be loaded on company trailers
  • Ensure proper stop sequence and construction on all pallets/carts selected
  • Ensure loading of product selected is in its proper place on the company trailer
  • Responsible for load quality and reliability
  • Put away all returns at the end of assigned shift
