Job Description
The Warehouse Manager for Transition is responsible for ensuring full compliance with customer requirements and operational standards during the onboarding and transition of new customers. The role leads the planning and execution of warehouse process alignment, team organization, resource allocation, and WMS implementation to ensure a smooth and compliant transition. It provides strong leadership through coaching, performance management, and succession planning while overseeing budget control, policy compliance, and process readiness. The position works closely with Business Development, Support, and Operations teams to implement business rules, safety protocols, and cultural integration, while actively managing customer engagement, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring operational continuity, efficiency, and readiness throughout the transition period.
