What does the job look like?

Linfox is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to support the day-to-day operation of our Willawong site. Acting as a back-up to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee dock office processes, inventory management, staff training and operational troubleshooting while maintaining a safe, compliant and customer-focused warehouse environment. This role will be permanent role on the afternoon shift (2pm start). Key areas:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, dispatch, inventory control and returns processing

  • Manage site safety, risk identification and compliance in line with Linfox, customer and regulatory standards

  • Deliver daily operational planning and execution to meet customer and business requirements

  • Maintain warehouse hygiene, cleanliness and pallet quality standards

  • Provide operational reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and DC Manager
