What do you need for the job as a warehouse team leader?
- You can speak English
- You are able to work in 2 shifts and flexible availability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with KPIs and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S is a plus)
- Coaching leadership style and team-oriented mindset
