Warehouse Systems Operator (WMS)

As a warehouse systems operator, you will plan deliveries of internal-origin shortages for all out-of-town Distribution Centers. You will also follow up on these deliveries, ensuring compliance with transfer cycle days and the scheduled appointments on the Transfer Operations board.

You will work #LI-Onsite in our distribution center located in Tutltitlan, reporting to warehouse systems coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• You will schedule shipments for out-of-town distribution centers
• You will review and follow up on emails related to consigned orders, ATP (confirmed customer orders), dock cross‑docking, and internal-origin shortages (OI).
• You will also handle calls with internal customers and operations areas. Additionally, you will manage incidents reported by out-of-town DCs and conduct analysis to reduce them, including follow‑up with originating DCs.
