Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Commitment: Full Time

Working Location: Tuas

Working Day & Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 – 17:30; Alternate Saturday 08:30 – 12:30

Salary Range: Up to $3,000

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the department to achieve organisational goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Assume responsibility as a leader for improvement projects.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve operational issues.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff and new hires to achieve warehouse operations targets.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
  • Plan manpower with cost considerations to meet customer orders.
  • Cultivate and promote physical and mental well-being in the workplace.
