Working pattern & location:
Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
Working location : Pulau indah 42000, Klang / Bukit Raja Selatan 40000, Shah Alam
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations - mainly receive, sort and outbound
Involves in scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metrics
Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
Ensuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed
Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team
