Warehouse Supervisor (Q-Commerce)

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment process within a high-speed E-commerce and Q-commerce environment. This role focuses on ensuring ultra-fast order processing, maintaining high inventory accuracy, and managing a team to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for instant delivery and dark store operations.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, specifically focusing on rapid pick-pack-dispatch cycles to meet instant delivery timelines (Q-commerce) and E-commerce last-mile requirements.
