Warehouse Supervisor - Precruitment

An established food distribution business is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations across a busy environment. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the safe, efficient and accurate handling of temperature-sensitive, perishable goods from receival through to dispatch.

You will play a critical role in maintaining product quality, meeting tight dispatch deadlines and leading a team in a fast-paced, food operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse staff across picking, packing, receival and dispatch of products
• Oversee inbound goods, including quality checks, correct handling and storage of perishable items
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment while maintaining strict timeframes and freshness standards
