What does the job look like?

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Derrimut. This is a key leadership role within a high-performing warehouse environment. You’ll lead the afternoon shift across all warehouse activities, ensuring on delivering safe, efficient, and accurate operations every day. Key areas:

  • Overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations across receiving, pick, pack, and dispatch

  • Driving on-time, in-full delivery performance across all outbound orders

  • Leading daily pre-starts, shift handovers, and operational briefings

  • Allocating labour, equipment, and dock resources to meet changing volumes

  • Coaching and developing team members to lift performance and engagement

  • Monitoring productivity, KPIs, and workflow to remove bottlenecks
