Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train warehouse staff; assist with hiring and performance reviews.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Manage pick/pack operations and coordinate shipments using ERP systems.
• Negotiate freight rates and coordinate with carriers.
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure safety compliance and efficient warehouse operations.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• ERP inventory management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
