Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the end-to-end daily warehouse operations—including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and general logistics—to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe execution of activities. This role enforces SOPs and compliance standards, monitors performance through operational scorecards, and ensures warehouse readiness in terms of capacity, equipment, and safety. The supervisor leads and develops warehouse personnel, drives inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations, and resolves operational issues to meet customer requirements and KPIs. Additionally, the role supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and uphold Fast Logistics' operational standards.

The ideal candidate for the role is a graduate of any 4-years degree. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in warehousing and logistics. With good interpersonal and leadership skills.
