  • Lead and further develop direct reports as well as team members

  • Supervise day-to-day operations adhering to all operational processes

  • Manage activities within agreed shift model

  • Develop and improve warehouse & logistic processes

  • Lead continuous improvement following the lean principles by example

  • Optimize cost and ensure cost competitiveness compared to third parties

  • Ensure compliance with national and company Quality and Health & Safety rules
