Job Description contract to hire $23-24/hr. Johnson Service Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead for one of our clients in a fast-paced Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse processes, driving operational improvements, supporting team development, and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in supervising warehouse operations, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
Support employee training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and development plans.
