YOUR TASKS

• Direct the warehouse division and ensure the attainment of agreed targets in the area of responsibility according to quality, cost, timing, service and cooperation (Q-C-T-S-C) as well as occupational safety and environmental protection.
• Manage and optimize processes and plan the optimal use of human resources in the area of responsibility within middle to complex plant operations.
• Managing a warehouse, in particular ensuring availability of the parts stored there, as well as monitoring and correcting stock levels (permanent inventory), arranging for identity tests if necessary.
• Checking the inspection of incoming goods for damage, completeness and correctness, as well as informing the respective departments about differences and deviations; monitoring incoming goods bookings and delivery note filing according to the applicable specifications.
