Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse, including managing inventory levels, ensuring the timely receipt and shipment of goods, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining a safe working environment, effectively coordinating all activities to optimize safety, quality, efficiency and productivity within the warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the Warehouse Manager and will have responsibilities at a local (90% primary day-to-day) and corporate (10% secondary/ tertiary) level.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Role consists of an average 70/30 ratio. This includes on average, 70% oversight of day to day operations which includes adjusting staff plan to meet deadlines. This will also include an average of 30% hands on support periodically during the shift to help with pain points in certain areas throughout the day.
