Crown Surface Solutions is seeking a hands-on leader to manage our Etobicoke warehouse and oversee building operations. This dual-focus role balances daily logistics with facility maintenance and safety.

This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk role. We need a hands-on professional to bridge the gap between high-level facility management and daily floor operations.

Your Primary Impact

• Operational Excellence: Direct a dedicated warehouse crew to ensure every shipment is accurate and every receipt is processed without delay.
• Facility Stewardship: Act as the point person for building health. You’ll coordinate with external contractors for repairs and stay ahead of all mandatory facility inspections.
• Inventory & Logistics: Maintain rigorous stock integrity and manage carrier relationships to keep our supply chain moving smoothly.
