Location: Northern Ireland | Salary: £15-£18 per hour (DOE) | Employment type: Full-time / Contract

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet performance and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities (goods in/out, picking, dispatch)
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives
• Allocate workloads and manage shift performance
• Ensure stock accuracy and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
• Resolve operational issues and escalate where required
• Report on KPIs and productivity
