Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor manages day‑to‑day warehouse operations, supervising staff to ensure inventory and shipping/receiving functions operate at optimum levels and continuously improve. The role implements and manages processes and policies to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health and Safety programs to achieve “Everyone Home Safe” initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and properly maintain assets for daily operations.
• Optimize shipping and receiving activities to meet business requirements with hands‑on involvement.
• Supervise inventory integrity, turns, obsolescence, shrink, and handling to meet standards, targets and KPIs.
