Warehouse Supervisor

YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are the center of our logistics operation. Together with your team, you determine the success of one of the largest and most automated distribution centers in the Netherlands. In the role of Warehouse Supervisor, you will successfully lead a sub-process on unloading/receiving, stowing/picking or packing/expedition.

Your team consists of approximately 20 operators and 2 to 4 team coordinators who are specialized in the process. You motivate and inspire your team to achieve goals and work constructively on the development of your people. You scan the process, but also the people in the process, with a focus on individual and team development.

This is possible because you have daily contact with your colleagues in the Control Room. This is the control tower of our warehouse, which advises you on numbers, ratios, and planning. In the role of Warehouse Supervisor you report to the Operations Manager.
