Position: Warehouse Supervisor - Tuesday to Saturday
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £29,000-£30,000 per annum
Our client is a renowned global logistics and event catering company, offering bespoke solutions with a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Tuesday to Friday 9-5pm and Saturdays 7-3pm
The Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will work within the warehouse team dealing with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate, and exceptional customer service in all warehouse activities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee warehouse operations to maximise efficiency using the WMS
* Monitor team productivity and ensure alignment with operational goals
* Plan workflows, staffing levels, space utilisation, and equipment layout
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with quality standards
