Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations by handling deliveries, storing items, issuing and shipping goods.
• Receiving and Storing: Receive incoming deliveries, verify condition, count against purchase orders/delivery receipts/invoices, and store in designated locations. Ensure clear identification of inventory items and locations, keep all materials and finished goods well organized and stored per company standards, and take measures to protect stocks from damage and pilferage.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare raw materials based on production orders.
• Inventory Management: Perform regular or monthly cycle counts, report any discrepancies, and update the system in real time for request and issuance transactions.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Special Projects: Support the business in special projects as assigned.
