Abacus Solutions Group is currently sourcing for a Warehouse Site Manager for a large, growing apparel brand to sit onsite at a 3PL in Oshawa.
Job Summary
The role includes interfacing with the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and being the main POC for all internal teams such as Customer Service, Digital, Retail and Supply Chain. The main tasks will be management, control, and direction for the 3PL operations. The main objective is to continuously improve the level of service that the 3PL provides to our customers. The 3PL Operations Manager will be responsible for both launch and improvement projects and will contribute to the development of Alo’s flexible & customer‑centric fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and control performance, cost and capacity of External Fulfillment Logistics provider (3PL).
- Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance, maintain and develop KPIs and SLAs with 3PL.
