Warehouse Shift Supervisor

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor (2pm - 10pm) to join our Warehouse operation. Working as part of, and in support of the Shift Management team, you will be actively seeking to improve overall standards, productivity & morale of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, setting direction for the shift and ensuring an efficient, controlled workflow throughout the operation.
• Own the creation, communication, and delivery of an accurate and cost‑effective labour plan, aligned to forecast and actual volumes, ensuring appropriate resource allocation across the shift.
• Set the shift plan, priorities, and operational focus to ensure the pick and pack operation delivers against agreed SLAs, quality, safety, and cost targets.
