Warehouse Shift Operation

Job Scope :
1. Ensuring enough staff is always available to handle various warehouse tasks (sorting, packing, unloading, etc)

1. Ensuring smooth transitions between shifts where workers pass on their responsibilities to the next shift to maintain continuity.

2. Using performance metrics to track the efficiency of the shifts and identify areas for improvement.

3. Ensuring that safety standards and regulations are followed, especially during the night shift or when there are fewer supervisory staff.

Qualifications:

 Education: SPM or above.

 Willingness to work in shift rotations.

 Willingness to work in Port Klang.

 Preferably possess own transportation.

 Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
