Job Description
As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our cold store operations, ensuring that our stock moves efficiently and safely. You’ll be responsible for leading a team, managing resources, and delivering on performance targets.
Shift available: Sunday - Thursday, 22:00-6:00
Salary: Competitive + Shift allowance
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Engagement – Lead and motivate a team of operatives, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
Days and Evenings Operations Management – Oversee end-to-end day and night operations including cross-docking, stock flow, and warehouse coordination.
Planning & Resource Allocation – Develop shift plans and assign duties to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
