Warehouse Representative (Driver)

What We Expect

• Accountable for working safely and ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety policies and legislation.
• Follow safe operating procedures and advise supervisor of potential hazards.
• Source and purchase materials while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying shipment accuracy, completeness and condition.
• Inventory control/cycle counting of all boxes, materials, shop supplies and stock.
• Packing shipments where some assembly may be required.
• Prepare materials for delivery, verifying all items are securely loaded and protected from the elements and all accompanying paperwork is available.
• Manage internal customer communications via email and phone.
