Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Conduct visual inspections of incoming goods to identify, document, and report any damages, defects, or discrepancies.
-Input accurate receiving data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain real-time inventory tracking.
-Sign, date, and properly route receiving paperwork; initiate discrepancy reports (OS&D - Over, Short, and Damaged) when necessary.
-Collaborate with forklift operators and material handlers to ensure goods are staged correctly for quality checks and put-away.
-Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, warehouse safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during the unloading and inspection processes.

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
