Warehouse Quality Control Associate

The Warehouse Quality Control Associate ensures the quality, safety, and accuracy of all stocks inside the Distribution Center by monitoring restricted items, investigating damaged goods, and preparing proper incident reports. The role supports daily and monthly cycle counts, reconciles system and physical inventory records, and coordinates with departments to resolve discrepancies and facilitate stock transfers, including expired and expiring items. It also conducts audits, manages QA sampling, and ensures damaged products are replaced promptly during operations. Additionally, the position enforces warehouse quality standards, maintains temperature and documentation records, and participates in continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.
