DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and supervise the incoming medical products and ensure the quality and standards of these products and supplies are as per the regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure medical products and supplies are stored correctly as per standard warehouse running documents and procedures.

  • Ensure the warehouse temperature levels are set at appropriate levels by keeping a daily track.

  • Arrange for distribution of the medical products and supplies to various destinations by picking, sorting, packing, and dispatching products.

  • Analyses inventory levels, inventory positioning, correct inventory system, verify the accuracy and troubleshoots immediate inventory inaccuracies.

  • Keep stock control systems up to date, plan future capacity requirements.
