Duties and Responsibilities

1) Warehouse Operation

• Support smooth execution of daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound processes, and ensure timely completion of stuffing and unstuffing operations.
• Ensure all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is in proper working condition. Promptly report any breakdowns to the Supervisor/Manager for immediate action.
• Verify that all physical goods received and dispatched match the respective documentation, particularly in terms of quantity and cargo condition.
• Perform cycle count exercises, ensure accuracy between physical inventory and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Update any stock discrepancies and corrective action.

2) Warehouse Safety and Security

• Store cargo safely and correctly to prevent potential hazards to staff and visitors.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the Supervisor/Manager immediately and take necessary ...
