Job Title: Warehouse Operator Location: CastlebarReporting To: Warehouse SupervisorJob Summary:To provide efficient and effective day to day tasks of the dispatch, packing and goods in departments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the data entry and inventory of stock
  • Provides clerical support for Warehouse Management
  • Assist with general duties within the warehouse environment
  • Obtaining and filing of all POD’s
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures and follow guidelines as per company policy
  • Performing and recording stock checks promptly and accurately
  • Ability to scrutinise warehouse data reports as per internal/external audit requirements
  • Arrange and organise transport, couriers to pick up and deliver material
  • Planning and organising external services from suppliers and vendors
  • Quarantine stock and arrange rework
