Warehouse Operative PM shift - Kettering At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative PM shift to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service expected in a fast-paced distribution environment. Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Weekend availability is mandatory. The schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment. Pay rates: £16.47 hourly Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative PM shift: Lifting up to 25kg on a daily basis. Role for Warehouse Operative PM shift: Picking items accurately using a voice-activated headset. Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a fast-paced environment.
