ctrg has an exciting opportunity for you to work on behalf of one of the leading supermarket retailers as a full time Warehouse Operative in Northampton, NN4 9BX!
Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:
**Permanent contract opportunities available after 12 weeks**
* AM shift: (06:00am to 14:00pm) = £13.46 per hour
* PM shift: (14:00pm to 22:00pm) = £15.66 per hour
* Night shift: (22:00pm to 06:00am) = £16.66 pr hour
* Overtime rate: 1.5xbasic rate paid after 160 hours accrued in 4 weeks period (paid monthly)
Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:
* AM 06:00 until 14:00
* PM 14:00 until 22:00
* Nights 22:00 until 06:00
The job is 5 out of 7 and is not a standard Monday to Friday
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
* Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
* Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
* Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
* Contributing towards their cultur...
