Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a dependable and motivated General Operative to support day-to-day operational activities. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with general warehouse/production duties

  • Loading and unloading materials or goods

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders

  • Operating basic machinery and equipment (training provided)

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  • Following company procedures and health & safety regulations

  • Supporting other departments as required

  • Previous experience in a similar role advantageous but not essential
