Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Check incoming goods, verify delivery orders, and update inbound reports.
• Arrange staff for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and replenishment.
• Perform random checks on outbound orders to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain daily / monthly operational reports.
• Identify damaged or missing items and report to Admin and customers.
• Coordinate with transport team for deliveries and pallet returns.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within 24 hours.
