Are you an experienced warehouse operations leader with a background in airfreight, freight forwarding or highly regulated logistics environments?
An International Freight Forwarding is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead their primary UK airfreight gateway near Heathrow. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient handling of import and export airfreight operations, managing large teams within a complex, unionised environment.
Your Package:
Salary: up to £55,000 + 10% target bonus
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Predominantly office hours, although as this is a 24/7 operation there will be an occasional requirement to support the site outside standard hours.What you'll be doing:
