Warehouse Operations Manager (1st Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations across inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow
• Drive operational improvements focused on efficiency, accuracy, safety, and overall warehouse performance
• Manage and develop warehouse leadership and hourly teams in a high-volume environment
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and production teams to support business objectives
• Monitor inventory controls, reporting, and warehouse systems to ensure operational effectiveness
• Support compliance initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations
