Fuze HR seeks a Warehouse Team Lead for evening hours from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM to support and manage a team in achieving KPIs and customer service expectations. Strong leadership and effective communication are vital. Prior completion of day shift training is necessary before proceeding to evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support management in achieving operational goals
• Monitor KPIs and service level effectiveness
• Oversee execution of daily workflows
