You’ll set the pace for the night, brief the team with clarity and confidence, and work alongside our Team Leaders to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll track progress, jump in on the floor when it counts, and lead with positivity and purpose. Whether you’re on a forklift or a pump truck, you’ll move goods safely and help build a space where everyone feels valued, supported and ready to do their best — the IKEA way.


WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 31st of July.
• Starting salary off £27,540 per annum, based on competence and experience. Additional nightshift of £2.25ph between the hours of 10pm & 6am.
