Warehouse & Materials Coordinator

Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Chain, the Warehouse & Materials Coordinator will be responsible for shipping and receiving goods, ensuring continued accuracy of receipt/shipping with documentation to and from the mine site.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and distributing materials shipped to site, comparing received POs to database entries in SAP.
• Shipping material off site and completing necessary paperwork.
• Maintaining site warehousing using max/min system, managing inventory yards, processing departmental internal inventory issuances, performing inventory counts.
• Handles / transports explosives.
• 50% of work is inside; and 50% is outside.
• Forklift and loader experience would be an asset.
• Any other duties as assigned by the department.
