Job Description
Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a Warehouse Manager responsible for overseeing the full scope of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, accuracy, and team performance. This includes supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory and logistics, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
This role will report to the Plant Manager in New Kensington, PA, and is essential to maintaining the high standards of Filterbuy’s supply chain operations and directly contributes to customer satisfaction and our continued growth in the region.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the New Jersey warehouse, ensuring optimal performance in receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
