Oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, staff supervision, safety compliance, and coordination across departments/customers.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities; motivate and discipline staff.
  • Schedule warehouse team and manage workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
  • Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials.
  • Review orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Ensure maintenance standards, health & safety compliance, and daily inspections.
  • Maintain and ensure safe use of equipment.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.

Minor Duties

  • Maintain clean & safe work environment and optimize space.
