Warehouse Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager based in Ensenada/Maneadero, BC. The Warehouse Manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including produce reception, packing, shipping and materials inventory management, ensuring efficient handling and distribution. Responsibilities include managing orders and inventory controls, supervising warehouse personnel, ensuring food and personal safety compliance, and optimizing processes to meet operational objectives. This role requires hands-on involvement in handling equipment and driving improvements in operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control processes to ensure accuracy and effective management of goods
• Knowledge of Operations Management and Inventory Management to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
• Proficiency in Forklift Operation and warehouse machinery to oversee safe and efficient handling of materials
