Kent – Paddock Wood, Kent. Sunday – Thursday shift from 17:30 to 06:00, approximately 45 hours per week.

Our client is a leading FMCG distributor. The role reports to the General Manager and involves supervising 4 Warehouse Shift Managers while overseeing a team of roughly 70 full‑time employees to manage operations and improve efficiency.

Key Accountabilities as Warehouse Manager

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs for all warehouse functions through effective guidance and coaching of direct reports.
• Lead a team and create an engaging, collaborative culture by encouraging direct reports to drive performance and standards, using a balanced approach of recognition and performance management against agreed KPIs.
