Purpose of the Job
To manage & control the supply of engineering spare parts and manage working capital to acceptable levels, within AECI Mining Explosives
Required outputs: Functional
Accurate management of inventory and effective storekeeping
Ensure availability of spare parts to Manufacturing plants, Engineering, front end business units
Oversee all Spares operations for the entire AECI Mining operations to ensure uniform and world-class standards are in place
Engineering spares purchase management
Ensure SAP inventory data reconciles with the physical stock on a daily basis for all sites.
Responsible for managing working capital to acceptable levels, balancing supply and demand requirements
Comply with governance and established policies, systems, procedures and practices
Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards
People management, supervision, leadership and development of Warehouse staff
