The Warehouse Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic management and optimization of all warehouse operations. This leader is tasked with ensuring a seamless flow of goods from storage to shipping, while prioritizing customer satisfaction through efficient, accurate, and cost‑effective delivery services. They will drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance within the warehouse environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational Leadership: Oversee all warehouse functions including, but not limited to, receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, and transportation. Ensure operational procedures are efficient and continually seek ways to improve processes.
• Team Development: Recruit, develop, and train warehouse personnel on safety, compliance, product knowledge, company procedures, and best practices. Cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
