Job Description
- Lead inbound/outbound operations: receiving, storage, picking, dispatch.
- Manage inventory accuracy (FEFO/FIFO), cycle counts, and variance reduction.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Plan resources across two shifts, 5 days/week, optimizing productivity.
- Develop and coach team members on safety, flexibility, and performance.
- Track and improve KPIs (OTIF, productivity, accuracy, lead time).
- Control warehouse P&L and optimize operational costs.
- Enhance process flows and break down silos between departments.
- Utilize WMS/ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) for data integrity and traceability.
- Drive improvement projects (layout optimization, 5S, digitalization).
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
